When employees are being tracked for each scenario and focus heavily on each operation, it does produce visibility but doesn’t create productivity.

It gives a signal, which is a lack of trust.

Whereas strong team practice is meaningful deliveries, regular training and feedback, encouraging, respect the deliveries instead of hollering.
An employee should be evaluated based on their core tasks, not everyday and not for their regular operations.

Ask, what’s the impact of your operations, instead of what did you do for 8 hours.
