There are thousands of things that can divide humans and humanity and the most cruel one is to tag religion and spread out the hoaxes.
Now why I wrote this here?
It’s because most of the professionals are still living in the territory of biasness, relying on their own guts, where they consider race, religion, color, and the other things.
My profession and my mentors made me kinda inhumane in the best possible way and process oriented, like a programming tool.
It helped me a lot to master my judgement power.
An HR should be biased free, must separate their thoughts from people perceptions, separate emotions from facts.
